Roblox was one of the first gaming platforms I remember playing on as a kid, in the late 2000s. Over the years, there's been many updates and new developments to the platform, but in my opinion, the original visions that I witnessed as a kid are still there at the crux.

It can be peculiar and disorienting to re-experience something that you've previously immersed yourself in with an entirely new perspective and outlook. Since I played as a child, more than a decade passed. That's over 3,652 days. That's over ten summer seasons that passed, with new hands shaken and old hands let go along the way.

Things aren't as simple as they used to be.
